Psychologist
Prior to entering the 'family business', Nesha worked as a Psychologist, Recruiter, Change Management Consultant, Project Manager and Corporate Trainer (amongst other things!). Nesha loves to learn, and is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Education - Inclusive Support - as well as a host of short courses and workshops, she strives to impart this love with her staff and all of our children.
She has two children, Dylan and Olivia, who attend the centre, and a very talented husband, Rick, who works in music production.

Lorna
Owner / Licensee / Authorised Supervisor
Lorna has worked in child care since 1999 and spent four years teaching before taking on the position of Director at Norwest Child Care Centre in 2003. She has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. Lorna won the 2009 Australian Family Fisher Price Award for NSW Director of the Year.
Lorna loves her job and enjoys the challenges of managing over forty staff between the two centres.
In her spare time, Lorna loves to cook and travel to interesting places around the world. She lives with her husband of 7 years, Phil, her new baby, Connor and her dog, Bailey.

Nicole
Director
Nicole has been working with children since 1998 here and in London. She has spent 8 years teaching and also spent another year organising and setting up playgroups and support groups for disadvantaged communities and families. She had a Diploma in Community Services (children’s services).
Nicole is loving the new challenges of the role while still enjoying the time she spends in the rooms with the children. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, going for long rides on the motorbike and pushbike.
She lives with her husband Dave of 6yrs and her two cats Harry and Charlie who are all mischevious!

Kirsty
Room Leader - Acacia Room
Kirsty joined the Top Ryde team in November 2009 after over 12 years experience in early education, many of those spent working with Nesha and Lorna. She has a Diploma in Children's Services and plans to complete her Bachelor of Education in the near future.
Kirsty lives with her husband of one year, Pete and they are expecting their first child in August!

Amy
Room Leader - Waratah Room
Amy has a Bachelor of Education Early Childhood and has many years experience teaching all age groups.
She joined Top Ryde in October 2009 after an extended trip overseas and prior to that was working with Nesha and Lorna at Norwest Child Care Centre. She loves the challenge of providing a stimulating program for the children.
Amy lives with her family and fiance, Mark and enjoys spending time with them when she isn't working,

Mikhala
Room Leader - Lilli Pilli Room
Mikhala began her career in early education in 2008 when she completed a traineeship at Norwest Child Care Center. She moved to Top Ryde in June of 2009 and has been enjoying working with the toodlers in the Lilli Pilli Room.
Mikhala is currently studying her diploma in Children's Services
In her spare time she enjoys cookingand going out to lunch with friends.

Dalia
Assistant - Acacia Room
Dalia has been working with children since 2008. She is currently completing her Certificate III in Children's Services and is working in the Acacia Room with the three and four year olds. Dalia is a mother of two, and enjoyed being a mum so much that she was inspired to try working with children as a career. She loves doing a job she is passionate about.
When she's not a work, Dalia loves to swim, cook and spend time with family and friends.

Kylie
Assistant - Waratah Room
Kylie has a Certificate III in Children's Services and is currently studying a Diploma. Kylie Started working at Top Ryde in July 2010 after doing her traineeship with Nesha and Nicole at Midson Road.
She lives with her partner, Sam and their cat Keisha and in her spare time loves to enjoy nature as well as indulging in her love of cooking.

Shaun
Assistant
Shaun joined the Top Ryde team in February 2010. He is currently studying a Certificate III in Sports and Fitness and enjoys putting the theiry he is learning into practice with the children.
In his spare time, Shaun plays for the Manly Sea Eagles under 20's team.

Kathy
Part time Cook
Kathy has over 14 years experience in the food industry, including a period of time spent managing the family cafe. She joined the Top Ryde team in January 2010 and works 3 days a week in the kitchen.
She has always loved to cook and enjoys sharing her food with others. She has two sons, both of which are at school.

Frances
Part time Cook
Frances joined the team in July 2009 and works two days a week. She absolutely loves to cook and enjoys sharing her food with the children. Frances has a Certificate in Food Safety and Handling and Nutrition and Menu Planning.
Frances and her husband have three daughters (one of which is Lorna!) and three grandchildren, whom she adores,
